These are ADD ONS only to a balloon order of $300 or more.
These are rentals. They are not made of wood, but simple foam board.
The fee to rent these is $35 per digit or $60 for TWO digits.
So, to rent "16" is $60, to rent "1" is $35.
Includes delivery within 15 miles of 18977 but only with a $300 balloon order/installation.
