Comes with delivery, assembly, installation and removal. Includes 5" tin bucket and color tinsel of your choice. Includes bubble balloon, LED lighting, 2 AA batteries, Silver tin bucket, balloon stick, and shredded tinsel. These are air filled only, they will not float in the air.
